Our telephone service provider is now listing service across AB as "Degraded, affecting some customers. Now starting to process calls gradually." The PWPSD IT Department says calls are able to go through to offices/schools. Thank you for your patience.

Grades 2-6 will return to in-school learning at WRCS on Wednesday, April 28. Grades 7-8 students will continue with online learning until access is approved for the upper east wing of the school.

WRCS Administration has emailed a letter to the families of Kindergarten and Grade 1 students, detailing the transition to in-person learning at the Grande Prairie Alliance Church on Wednesday, April 21.

Your voice is important to us. We invite you to submit your thoughts on School Councils, and then rate ideas submitted by others. The Thought Exchange will close at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, April 19.

Kindergarten and Grade 1 students to begin in-person learning early/mid next week at The Alliance Church; online learning for Grades 2-8 students will continue until the school is permitted to access the areas west of the office.

Kindergarten and Grade 1 classes will be relocated; Grades 2-8 transitioning to online at-home learning until school cleaning is completed.

The fire alarms sounded at approximately 5:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 11, 2021. The fire was contained to the Grade 1 and playschool modular classrooms and the building was unoccupied. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
